Cal Fire said on Twitter just after 9 a.m. that it was responding to the Devils Slide incident south of the Tom Lantos tunnel.

Cal Fire San Mateo – Santa Cruz Unit posted images of cars on the beach.
Not sure how the car got parked on the beach. The California Highway Patrol and Cal Fire did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
